In facing unresolved trauma and breaking harmful patterns, he turned inward — using affirmations and positive self-talk to rebuild his mindset and reclaim his sense of peace and purpose. Where there was once a reliance on external stimulation, including struggles with substance use, Cole found a new foundation through inner strength, clarity, and connection to a higher power. Today, he continues that journey with a sober mind and a renewed sense of direction.
