At Revolution In You Apparel, every item is made especially for you once your order is placed. This allows us to reduce waste and create products with intention — thank you for supporting conscious production.

Because of this made-to-order process, our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and protective of both you and our business.

 

​Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrect (wrong item or design)

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

To request a replacement or refund:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

• Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

Sizing & Fit

Each product is made to order, so we do not accept returns or offer refunds for incorrect sizing or change of mind.

To help you choose the right fit:

• Please review our size guide carefully before purchasing

• If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

 

Because orders go into production quickly:

• Changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order

After this window, we cannot guarantee changes.

 

Exchanges

 

We do not offer traditional exchanges.

However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us — we are committed to finding a solution that supports you.

 

Shipping Issues

 

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

• Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting your local carrier first. We’ll also do our best to assist where possible.
